”Aside from wanting to encourage a more sustainable approach to healthy eating, main grain was launched to inspire healthy food choices derived from the delicious grains we utilise in each of our tasty bowls. A staple in a healthy balanced diet, grains offer a wealth of vitamins, fibre sources, proteins and more that are a fantastic way to balance one’s health before even considering additions such as vegetables or meat proteins. This style of ‘on the go’ eating that we’ve all come to live by has allowed us to produce a variety of delicious, yet healthy, alternatives to the ‘fast food’ of yesterday and so it is our mission to fuel our bodies and our minds with the goodness it deserves and the flavour it desires.
